Pastor Moses is an Assemblies of God Ordained Minister with 26 years of ministry leadership experience, including roles as Executive Pastor in Santa Maria, CA overseeing family life ministry, worship ministry, and site administration, as well as previous service as Worship Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Associate Pastor. He is married to Cynthia, and together they have been blessed with four wonderful children: Cynessa, Moses Jr., Malachi, and Clarissa.

He holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Sector Leadership from Cal State Northridge and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Chapman University. Alongside ministry, he has spent more than two decades as a leader in the Human Resources field, shaping teams, developing leaders, and building healthy organizational culture.

Pastor Moses came to know Christ and sensed his call to ministry at a young age, beginning his service in music ministry at just seven years old. His heart is to help people encounter Jesus in a real and transformative way, to build a church where every person feels seen, valued, and invited into God’s purpose for their life. As Lead Pastor of Faith Life Church, he is committed to preaching God’s Word with clarity, developing strong leaders, and cultivating a Spirit‑filled, Christ‑centered community that exists “to know Christ and to make Him known."

Pastor Cynthia Aguirre is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and serves as Associate Pastor of Faith Life Church. She brings a unique blend of pastoral compassion and strong organizational leadership, overseeing the church’s operations and business administration with excellence, integrity, and care.

With many years of ministry experience alongside Pastor Moses, she has faithfully led in pastoral care, family life ministry, and spiritual formation. Her heart is to create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and encouraged to grow in their walk with Christ. Known for her wisdom, warmth, and steady presence, she walks with individuals and families through life’s seasons and helps cultivate a church culture marked by grace, authenticity, and spiritual growth.

Pastor Cynthia also brings an extensive professional background in finance and human resources leadership, which strengthens the systems, stewardship, and organizational health of Faith Life Church. Her experience allows her to support the ministry with both spiritual insight and practical excellence.

Cynthia earned her associate's degree in liberal arts and another in emergency medical services. Her greatest joy is serving alongside her husband, together leading their family to hear, respond, and follow the voice of God.

From the age of 12, Cynessa has carried a deep passion for worship, serving faithfully on worship teams and stepping into leadership roles within both youth and adult ministries. Her heart beats for unity—bridging generational gaps and creating a space where people of all ages can experience the presence of God together.

With a joy that is contagious and a devotion that runs deep, Cynessa leads worship with an unwavering desire to see lives transformed. She has witnessed the hand of God move in the most intimate moments of worship, where hearts are stirred and spirits are lifted. Worship is not just about music—it is an intimate connection, an opportunity to encounter the Holy Spirit and respond to the love of Jesus.

Cynessa holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Vanguard University. Cynessa continues to refine her calling, growing in faith and leadership. She lives by the truth found in Psalm 95:6, which calls believers to heartfelt worship: "Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker."

Sara Seyer serves as the dedicated leader of Faith Life Church’s In His Image Ministries, providing compassionate support for individuals with special needs. As a Certified Behavioral Therapist (RBT), Sara brings invaluable experience and deep understanding to this vital ministry, ensuring that every child and family can fully receive and participate in church life.

With a heart that reflects God’s love, Sara is committed to creating an environment where all children—regardless of ability—can experience the joy of worship, learning, and fellowship. She firmly believes that the church should be a welcoming place for every family, and through her leadership, In His Image Ministries works to make accessibility and inclusion a reality.

Sara’s passion for this work is rooted in her belief that every individual is created in God’s image and has a place in His church. Her dedication to serving families ensures that no child is left behind in experiencing the grace, community, and love of Christ.

From the moment he delivered his first sermon at just 12 years old, Moses Aguirre, Jr. has been dedicated to sharing the message of Christ. His passion for ministering to young people has led him to speak at numerous youth services and Sunday morning gatherings across California, inspiring hearts and igniting faith.

Now in college, Moses Jr. is excited to continue his journey in leading our youth ministry, equipping the next generation to grow in their relationship with Jesus. His leadership extends beyond the church walls—during his high school years, he served as President of the OA High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he shared the Word weekly for three years. Through this platform, he witnessed countless students embark on a new life in Christ.

With a deep love for God and a heart for young believers, Moses Jr. is committed to fostering an environment where faith flourishes, lives are transformed, and young people step boldly into their callings.

Elisa serves as the Young Adults Ministry Director at Faith Life Church, bringing both a strong academic foundation and a deep passion for discipleship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Vanguard University and has spent years investing in the next generation through Christian education, teaching students from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Alongside her work in education, Elisa has faithfully served in multiple ministry roles—including Youth Director, Young Adults Leader, and mentor to many who have been shaped by her wisdom, compassion, and steady encouragement.

Elisa carries a strong heart for young adults to discover their identity in Christ, walk confidently in their God‑given purpose, and find meaningful connection within the local church. She believes this generation is called to be rooted, engaged, and active in the life of the church—not someday, but right now. Through intentional community, biblical teaching, and authentic relationships, Elisa is committed to creating spaces where young adults can grow, belong, and thrive.

Jonathan Crabtree has been serving in ministry from a young age, growing through roles in small groups, children’s ministry, and youth ministry. For nearly a decade, he and his wife, Brittany, have faithfully served in many ministry areas at Faith Life Youth, and for the past several Jonathan has served as our Children’s Ministry Director, overseeing Children's Church, creating a fun, safe, and faith‑building environment for kids. He also serves on the worship team as a drummer.

Jonathan is passionate about helping children know Jesus in ways they can understand and remember. He loves teaching Bible stories creatively, building relationships with kids, and partnering with parents to lay a strong spiritual foundation. His heart is to make every child feel loved, valued, and excited to learn about God. Each Sunday, he aims to teach children to love Jesus with joy and confidence!

Yoselin serves as the Media Ministry Director at Faith Life Church, where she leads with a deep conviction that media is more than technology — it’s ministry. Whether through Sunday service support, social media, photography, or online engagement, Yoselin sees every slide, post, and captured moment as an opportunity for someone to encounter Jesus.

Her leadership reflects a passion for the behind‑the‑scenes work that helps people stay connected, engaged, and spiritually encouraged. From preparing sermon slides to overseeing online content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, she works to create an environment where people can focus on God and feel part of the story He is writing in our church.

Yoselin believes that media is a powerful tool for outreach. She has seen firsthand how a single post, recap, or sermon clip can spark a visit, strengthen a connection, or encourage someone who is watching from home. Her heart is to use creativity and excellence to make Christ known, both inside the building and far beyond it.
